The Vince Carter era (1998-2001) drove franchise-record attendance and the Raptors' first playoff runs, from 2000 to 2002.

In 2019, the Kawhi Leonard/Kyle Lowry squad won the franchise's first NBA championship, beating Golden State 4-2 — the first title for a team based outside the United States.
